We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manpower services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles, ensuring timely and quality staffing solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and databases.
Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with clients for interview schedules and feedback.
Maintain candidate records and manage recruitment reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools is a plus.
