Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand job requirements from clients and prepare effective job descriptions.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
3. Screen resumes and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Conduct telephonic/video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
5. Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth interview and hiring process.
6. Maintain and update candidate database and daily recruitment tracker.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (preferred in HR, Business, or related fields).
2. 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred).
3. Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social hiring.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Proficiency in MS Office tools and Google Workspace.
