Position: HR Recruiter-IT
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with approximately 1 year of experience to join our talent acquisition team. You will play a key role in supporting the hiring of technical talent by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT and software development roles. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and understanding job requirements from hiring managers.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company websites.
Source potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding efforts and candidate engagement initiatives.
Learn and apply industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Around 1 year of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
Basic understanding of common IT roles (e.g., software developers, QA testers, support engineers).
Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
