We are looking for an HR Recruiter Specialist to join our team at Taizo Technologies Pvt Ltd. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients across multiple industries. The tasks include sourcing and identifying potential candidates, screening, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will also be responsible for posting job ads, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases.

This role is ideal for individuals with consultancy experience and exposure to non-IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions based on client requirements.

• Source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.

• Advertise job openings on portals and platforms to ensure wide reach.

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

• Collaborate with managers to forecast and meet future hiring needs.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any discipline).

• Experience: 6 months – 1 years (in recruitment consultancy and non-IT hiring preferred).

• Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and resume databases.

• Good judgment, networking ability, and candidate relationship management.

• Working Days: 6 days a week.
