Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage candidate pipeline through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and stakeholders.

• Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.

• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus drives.

• Maintain recruitment reports and analytics.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role (1–3 years for junior/mid-level).

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
