ü Screen, interview and recruit potential employees through teleconferences, skype and face to face interviews. Fulfill company’s manpower and staffing requirements
ü Check references, qualifications and testimonials prior to the employment
ü Arrange to issue offer letters, appointment letters, answer all correspondence and issue regret letters
ü Induction and Orientation of new employees
ü Conduct exit interviews of employees on resignation from the company
üOrganizing various employee welfare events like celebrating various theme, Festival days, Picnics, Birthday celebrations, Extra-curricular activities etc.
