This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating their suitability, and ensuring the best talent joins our organization. You'll also be responsible for updating job postings and handling background verifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and engage candidates using online platforms and social media.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills.

Advertise job openings on various portals and networks.

Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs.

Job Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with resume databases.

Good judgment, attention to detail, and effective sourcing techniques.

Willingness to work 6 days a week.
