Job Title: HR Recruiter cum Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to take on a dual role as HR Recruiter cum Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews, while also supporting the marketing team by sourcing land/property listings from real estate websites and submitting them to the manager.

HR Recruitment Responsibilities:
Source candidate resumes through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Provide regular updates on hiring status and candidate pipeline.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Marketing Coordination Responsibilities:
Collect and organize detailed information on shortlisted properties from the candidates who are working in (WFH).
Submit property reports to the marketing manager in a timely manner.
Maintain a property sourcing database for reference and follow-ups.
Track market trends and property availability in target locations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
experience in HR recruitment and/or real estate coordination preferred.
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills.
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across departments.
