Role Overview:

As a HR Recruiter cum Marketing Coordinator Intern, you will play a dual role – assisting in talent acquisition efforts and supporting marketing initiatives. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain cross-functional experience in HR and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:

• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain applicant databases and track recruitment metrics

• Support onboarding processes

Marketing Coordination:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and outreach strategies

• Help create content for social media, newsletters, and blogs

• Coordinate with vendors, influencers, or partners as needed

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Monitor and report on marketing performance analytics

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Laptop Necessary

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics

• Ability to multitask and handle both creative and administrative tasks

• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
