Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews.
Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring teams.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
Represent the company positively to enhance its employer brand.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Work Environment:
Office-based or hybrid (depending on company policy).
May require occasional travel for job fairs or networking events
