Understand manpower requirements from department heads (site engineers, project managers, design, accounts, BD).
Draft and post job descriptions across portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist potential candidates.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Assist in onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Manage relationships with recruitment consultants if required.
Monitor and reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics
Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (interior or construction industry preferred).
