About the Role:

Spexio Technology is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for self-driven professionals who possess excellent recruitment acumen, communication skills, and the ability to meet performance targets. The position offers flexibility with two working models: Freelance-Based or Fixed Target-Based employment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. Understand job requirements from client or internal team and fulfill hiring needs within timelines.

3. Build a strong candidate pipeline using various channels (job portals, social media, references, etc.).

4. Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability.

5. Maintain databases, trackers, and reports for recruitment activities.

6. Ensure smooth coordination with clients/hiring managers and candidates.

7. Work independently to achieve monthly hiring targets.

Working Models:

1. Freelancing Mode:

Company shares requirements via email, Recruiter is paid per successful hiring.

2. Fixed Role (Target-Based):

Salary of ₹25,000–₹35,000 based on target achievement.

Monthly performance reviews will determine compensation.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven IT recruitment experience.

• Excellent command over English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of technical roles, terminologies, and job markets.

• Must possess overall HR knowledge and communication/interpersonal skills.

• Should be goal-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
