Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates. The role ensures that the company attracts and hires qualified employees in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and work closely with department heads or clients to define role specifications.

• Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic or video interviews, and shortlist candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.

• Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.

• Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating joining formalities.

• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.

• Support other HR functions such as employee engagement, attendance, and documentation when required.

Educational Qualification:

• 3–5 years for Senior HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Salary Range:
