We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Conduct background verification and reference checks.

• Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports.

• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and hiring trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job portals.

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in technical or IT recruitment (if applicable).

• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
