Source candidates for housekeeping, cleaners, helpers, security, electricians, and other support roles.
Build strong networks with labor contractors, local job consultants, and training institutes.
Conduct interviews and screening to assess candidates' skills and suitability.
Coordinate with operation teams for manpower forecasting and deployment.
Manage job postings on portals, social media, and offline channels (e.g. camps, referrals).
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Ensure timely hiring and joining as per site/client requirements.
Handle onboarding documentation, verification, and orientation.
Experience in facility management, housekeeping, or manpower supply companies.
Local candidates with field recruitment experience will be preferred.
