Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic WFH Recruiter Intern to join our team. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

• Screen and shortlist resumes as per job requirements.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain candidate records and daily reporting.

• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals (training will be provided).

• Laptop/desktop and stable internet connection (mandatory).

• Willingness to learn and work in a target-based environment.
