Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience working across various departments, understand job requirements, and build talent pipelines to fulfill hiring needs efficiently and effectively.
· Understand hiring requirements and create accurate job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
· Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
· Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up with candidates throughout the process
· Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers regularly
· Draft and send offer letters, handle pre-joining formalities
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
· Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
· Support in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
· Generate and share recruitment reports (weekly/monthly) with HR and management
· Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and levels
· Strong sourcing skills using job portals.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Good understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously
· Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and recruitment tools/ATS
· Attention to detail and good documentation skills
· Positive attitude, professionalism, and team spirit
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Postgraduate diploma in HR or talent acquisition
