Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face) and coordinate further rounds with stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Negotiate offers and close positions within defined timelines.
Support employer branding initiatives and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and hiring best practices.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience as a recruiter in corporate/consulting environments.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and networking skills.
Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
High level of commitment and willingness to grow with the organization.
