We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our Client team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹19000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

• Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.

• Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and hiring status.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress to the HR Manager.

• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Job Requirements:

1. 1 Year to 3 Years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.

2. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.

3. Good knowledge of Job portals Indeed, Hirect, LinkedIn or other free portals

4. Good with sourcing International Sales candidates.

5. Co-ordinate with MIS team on employee data management

6. Handling contracts with recruitment agencies, benefits providers, and corporate service vendors.

7. Analyzing talent gaps and supporting recruitment strategies to meet business goals.

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

9. Strong organizational and time management skills.

10. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working.
