Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle — from identifying potential candidates to interviewing and onboarding — ensuring that we attract and hire top talent aligned with our company culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring portals to understand staffing needs and job requirements
· Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website)
· Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
· Conduct initial phone/video screenings and schedule interviews
· Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings
· Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and keep candidate records up to date
· Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely feedback
· Extend job offers and support onboarding processes
· Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in recruitment
· Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles and responsibilities
· High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and organizational skills
