Key Responsibilities:

• Understand open positions and manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads.

• Draft and post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant department managers.

• Follow up with candidates and interview panels for feedback.

• Assist in offer negotiation and preparation of offer letters.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment reports.

• Support in onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

• Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist HR team in other general activities as and when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Commerce, or related field.

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms is a plus.
