Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. You'll play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Attraction:

• Source potential candidates from various online channels, such as social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, StackOverflow, and Behance.

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

• Screening and Interviewing:

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

• Hiring Process:

• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

• Onboarding:

• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

• Metrics and Improvement:

• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements and Skills:

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
