We are hiring an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused on recruiting for Field Sales positions. This role is open to freshers who are eager to learn and grow in recruitment. You’ll be hiring for roles where sales leads will be provided by the company, making it easier to attract and onboard high-potential candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand Field Sales hiring needs.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, local networks, and referrals.
Highlight job benefits (e.g., company-provided leads) to attract strong candidates.
Conduct telephonic screenings to assess candidates' communication and sales aptitude.
Coordinate and schedule interviews; follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
Assist in organizing walk-in drives and local hiring events.
Maintain recruitment databases and daily/weekly hiring status reports.
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to HR operations.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers welcome; training will be provided.
Strong communication, organization, and people skills.
Willingness to learn and meet recruitment targets.
Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques (can be trained on the job).
Experience or internship in recruitment or sales hiring.
Familiarity with job portals and Excel/Google Sheets.
Regional language skills.
