Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates via job portals, social media, references, and networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements under deadlines.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
