Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess communication, attitude, and fit.
Issue offer letters and collect necessary documents from selected candidates.
Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs.
Ensure smooth onboarding, especially for shop-floor and blue-collar employees.
Maintain a database of candidates for future requirements (talent pool).
Track manpower gaps due to attrition, expansion, or shift requirements.
Plan recruitment drives as per production cycles and shift schedules.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies for bulk or urgent hiring.
