Job Title: HR Recruiter – Non-IT (Bulk & Mass Hiring)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (Non-IT) who specializes in bulk and mass hiring for blue-collar, entry-level, and support roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing high-volume recruitment drives, excellent sourcing techniques, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across multiple locations or departments.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

• Design and execute mass recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs.

• Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, employee referrals, local vendors, and campus outreach.

• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and coordination with HR operations.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

• Build a talent pipeline for future requirements.

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, with a focus on bulk/mass hiring.

• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.

• Good understanding of labor market trends for blue/grey-collar jobs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Excel, ATS, or recruitment CRMs is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
