• Source candidates for voice, non-voice, and sales roles using: • Job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.) • Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.) • Employee referrals and internal databases • Use Boolean search techniques and filters to refine search results. • Maintain daily sourcing reports and candidate trackers. • Coordinate with the screening or recruitment team for smooth handover of sourced profiles. • Ensure a high volume of relevant candidate profiles per day. • Understand job requirements and client specifications to source targeted profiles. • Proactively build a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
