We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles, helping to build strong teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, career pages, and social media.
Source candidates using various tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with HR Manager.
Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and create talent pools for future hiring needs.
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience 1 year as a recruiter or in a similar HR position.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of employment legislation and best recruitment practices.
