Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to onboarding – ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

• Source potential candidates through various channels (portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

• Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update job postings across various platforms.

• Coordinate pre-employment checks, offer roll-out, and onboarding formalities. Through HRMIS Software

• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and documentation accurately.

• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Represent the company at job fairs and campus hiring events (if applicable).

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BFSI/insurance/non-sales segment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc

• Ability to handle multiple open positions with efficiency.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
