We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR consultancy team. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients across various industries. Understand client requirements and job descriptions
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms
Source candidates using databases, job boards, and networking
Conduct initial screenings via phone or video
Schedule interviews with candidates and client HR teams
Maintain and update candidate records in the internal database
Assist in follow-ups and offer coordination
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage
Hands-on training in recruitment processes
Exposure to hiring across multiple industries and roles
