- Screening candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist potential candidates.

- Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires.

- Building a candidate database: Maintain a database of candidates and those who have left the organization.

- Negotiating terms and conditions: Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms and conditions.
