About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our company's growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for a variety of positions. You will leverage your expertise in full-cycle recruitment to build strong relationships with hiring managers and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for a variety of roles.

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking.

• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.  

• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

• Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

• Mentoring/Training: Mentor and train junior recruiters, sharing best practices and providing guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.  

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top talent.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.  

• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
