Experience & Qualification
•Typically 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
•Familiarity with sourcing tools & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Key Responsibilities
•Collaborate with hiring managers/department heads to understand recruitment requirements for field roles.
•Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee referrals, local walk-ins, field scouting (especially for on-ground/blue-collar/field sales roles).
•Screen resumes/applications, conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
•Coordinate with hiring managers: schedule & track interviews, follow up with candidates.
•Maintain recruitment tracking systems/candidate databases, ensure timely flow of information, strong candidate experience.
•For field-specific roles: may involve on-ground presence, field visits, local community outreach, job fairs etc. (especially when hiring field sales executives)
Skills & Competencies
•Strong sourcing skills: ability to tap into local networks, job platforms, community referrals.
•Good communication skills, with ability to engage candidates from diverse backgrounds (especially for field roles).
•Ability to manage multiple positions, work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
•Organized, time-management and tracking mindset.
•Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS.
•For field roles: willingness to travel within territory/cluster, ability to work onsite in field environment.
