Job Responsibilities :

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

Source candidates through databases, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and job applications; conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with department managers for technical evaluations.

Maintain and update recruitment reports, records, and dashboards.

Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Participate in campus hiring drives and bulk hiring events.

Coordinate with clients (if in a staffing or consultancy role) regarding hiring requirements and candidate feedback.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
