Manage the full recruitment life cycle for multiple roles (IT/Non-IT/Tech/Sales/Operations, etc.)
Understand job requirements by working closely with hiring managers or clients
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal database, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports
Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or MBA preferred) pursuing Bachelors and masters also applicable
1–6 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate)
Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
Experience in stakeholder or client coordination is a plus
