We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent. You will play a key role in building a high-performing team that drives our company’s growth in the real estate sector.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions within the real estate division, including sales, marketing, operations, property management, and administration roles.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels — job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the real estate sector.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
