We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Create and post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
Source and attract candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including feedback collection and candidate communication.
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate status and job requisition updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.
Stay current on industry trends, labor market changes, and recruitment best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting practices and employment laws.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
Experience in high-volume or technical recruiting.
Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
