We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in recruitment, and the ability to identify and attract top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in human resources and recruitment. Location : Konankunte cross Salary : 10,000 to 12,000Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring teams.Coordinate and follow up on interview schedules and feedback.Assist in onboarding and other HR-related tasks as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices (preferred but not mandatory).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Benefits:Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced HR professionals.Career growth opportunities within the HR department.A positive and collaborative work environment.
