Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter at NI Consulting Services Pvt Ltd:
1. Talent Sourcing and Screening:
Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
2. Client Coordination:
Understand the job requirements from clients.
Coordinate with client HR/business managers to clarify profiles and selection criteria.
Share shortlisted candidate profiles and schedule interviews.
3. Interview Process Management:
Organize and schedule interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person).
Keep candidates informed about interview status and feedback.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process end-to-end.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and client feedback.
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as required.
5. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Ensure a positive experience for candidates during the hiring process.
6. Target and Performance Management:
Achieve monthly/quarterly recruitment targets set by the company.
Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
