JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Human Resources

Location: Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi

Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or

related field

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources to join our team at

Cosmohome Tech Expo – India’s leading B2B exhibition for cosmetics, personal care,

home care, perfumery, and ingredients. The role involves supporting recruitment,

onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of

the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.

2. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.

3. Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new hires.

4. Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and HR files.

5. Draft and update HR policies, letters, and official documentation.

6. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

7. Plan and implement employee engagement activities and training sessions.

8. Monitor employee satisfaction and support grievance handling.

9. Prepare HR reports (recruitment status, headcount, attrition, etc.) for management.

10. Work closely with all departments to maintain synergy and a positive work environment.

Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration / related field.

0–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

Freshers with strong communication and people skills are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of basic HR processes, recruitment tools, and MS Office.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
