We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR/Admin Executive to manage our day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring employees, posting job ads, managing payroll, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: Job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage and update job advertisements across platforms (job portals, social media, etc.).
Source and attract candidates through various channels.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Oversee employee payroll processing and attendance tracking.
Assist in daily office administration tasks and coordination.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and legal requirements.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support.
