Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing candidates through online channels, job fairs, referrals, and social media.
Post job advertisements on various platforms and track their performance.
Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Excel sheet.
Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters and organizing orientation sessions.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Assist in building a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Having experience/knowledge in Payroll .
