We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with excellent command over English and strong interpersonal skills. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and coordination with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill organizational hiring needs.
Handle the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates using databases, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability and communication skills.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and agencies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR databases/ATS tools is an added advantage.
