We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and attracting top talent to support our company’s growth.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring teams
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies
Maintain recruitment databases and prepare regular hiring reports
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or career events
Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices
High level of discretion and professionalism
Experience in recruiting
