Job brief
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring manager
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience: 1-3 years
• 3 months of probation period
• compensation will be based on the performance in the interview.
