We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying the right talent for various roles (especially in counselling and sales teams), and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements for various roles such as Education Counsellor, Sales Executive, and Academic Mentor.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and references.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Contribute to building a strong employer brand for NEETSUPPORT.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0–6 MONTHS of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Prior experience in EdTech or counselling-based hiring will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Good understanding of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
