Job Description:

Millaince Consultants is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various client requirements across domains like BPO, Sales, Customer Support, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain and update candidate databases

• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process

• Meet daily and weekly hiring targets as per business needs

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently from home

• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• A laptop/desktop with stable internet connection is mandatory
