We are looking for freelance recruiters who are passionate about talent acquisition and can independently handle recruitment mandates from sourcing to closure—all from the comfort of their home.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Freelance Recruiter who can assist with end-to-end recruitment processes across various industries. You will be working closely with our internal team to fill open positions, primarily in B2B sales, operations, CRM, engineering, and leadership roles across India.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications shared

·         Use job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine) and social networks for sourcing quality profiles

·         Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit

·         Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

·         Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure proper communication throughout the recruitment cycle

·         Update and maintain candidate databases and tracker sheets

·         Ensure closures within deadlines with minimal guidance

Requirements:

·         Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

·         Proven experience in sourcing for mid to senior-level roles (preferably B2B/industrial/CRM/manufacturing roles)

·         Comfortable using recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media

·         Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

·         Strong communication and coordination skills

·         Laptop/desktop with stable internet connection

Preferred Skills:

·         Prior experience with freelance or remote recruitment

·         Understanding of the manufacturing, infrastructure, and B2B industries

·         Ability to manage multiple roles at once
