About the role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, specializing in non-IT roles. The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing candidates for various positions, utilizing job portals, social media, and other recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing: ● Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers. ● Utilize job portals like Naukri and Shine, as well as social media platforms, to identify and attract top talent. ● Conduct headhunting and leverage LinkedIn search for sourcing passive candidates. ● Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Talent Acquisition Strategy: ● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to meet the organization's staffing needs. ● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive recruitment approach. Job Analysis & Description: ● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. ● Ensure job descriptions are accurate, comprehensive, and reflect the needs of the organization.. Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:: ● Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. ● Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pool for future hiring needs. Screening & Interviewing: ● Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. ● Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, ensuring a positive candidate experience. ● Evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization. Offer Management & Onboarding: ● Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates. ● Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including pre-employment documentation and orientation. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: ● Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness. ● Prepare and present recruitment reports and insights to management and stakeholders. Recruitment Branding: ● Enhance the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, recruitment events, and professional networks. ● Promote a positive image of the organization to attract top talent. Collaboration & Team Support: ● Work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and initiatives. ● Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators as needed.
Candidate Experience:
● Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment process. ● Address candidate inquiries and feedback to improve the overall candidate experience.
Requirement:
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT and non-IT roles. ● Proven experience with job portals like Naukri and Shine, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). ● Strong headhunting skills and experience with LinkedIn search. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to handle salary negotiations and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. ● Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment targets and goals. ● High level of professionalism and discretion.
