Requirements
· Proven experience in industrial staffing, General Staffing and Apprentice recruitment, with at least 1 years of experience.
· Strong knowledge of the industrial labour market, including the different skill sets required for manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, construction, and other related industries.
· Experience in recruiting for White & blue-collar and understanding the specific challenges and opportunities in staffing.
· A proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting top talent in a competitive job market.
